Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please see below for more information on our return policy.

Interpretation and Definitions

Interpretation

The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions.

The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

Definitions

For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:

  • You mean the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.
  • Company (referred to as either “the Company ”, “We”, “Us” or “Our”  in this Agreement) refers to Kausiki LLC located at  6971 Rodling Dr, Unit F San Jose, CA 95138, United States. 
  • Service refers to the Website.
  • Website refers to Kausiki accessible from https://kausiki.com.
  • Goods refer to the items offered for sale on the Service.
  • Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.

REFUNDS

We only issue returns/refunds for ebooks that are corrupted or if a customer faces issues downloading it due to technical issues on our side. In order to ask for return/refund please email customer service at info@kausiki.com. We may require a screen recording of the whole process that is from downloading from our site to the opening of the ebook on your system.

Please allow at least seven (7) days to process your refund. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your refund has been processed.

Kausiki Subscriptions

Except as described below, Kausiki Premium Subscriptions (“Essential and Ultimate ” Subscription Plans) are non-refundable, and no prorated refunds or credits will be offered for partially used subscriptions. However, if we issue a refund or credit in one instance, we are under no obligation to issue the same refund or credit in the future.

We reserve the right to issue refunds or credits at our sole discretion in the following situations:

  1. Where we materially modify the Kausiki Terms Of Use during a billing period and such modification (“MODIFICATIONS AND INTERRUPTIONS”) adversely affects you, we may refund a portion of your Individual Paid Service subscription fee equal to the remaining unused term of the Essential or Ultimate subscription plan, as we determine appropriate or as may be required by applicable law. To be eligible for a refund, you must provide written notice which must (a) identify your account and (b) request cancellation of the specific Plan. The cancellation will be effective upon our receipt of your notice and our determination that you are authorized to affect such cancellation. Please contact us to know more on how to provide notice.

DISCLAIMER: KAUSIKI RESERVE THE RIGHT TO UNPUBLISH OR REMOVE ANY BOOK FROM ITS SITE AT ANY POINT OF TIME WITHOUT ANY PRIOR NOTICE. USERS WILL NOT BE ELIGIBLE TO ASK FOR REFUND IN THIS CASE.

Refunds: Duplicate payment

Refund of the duplicate payment made by the delegate will be processed via the same source (original method of payment) in 7 working days post intimation by the customer.

Which are the items that cannot be returned/refunded?

Returns will not be accepted under the following conditions:

  • Gift Cards are not refundable.
  • Ebook once downloaded.
  • Final Sale Products
  • Return or replacement request for any free or complimentary products.
  • Any other reasons which are not covered under the cases in the previous section. For example, “I placed an order for the wrong product”, “I don’t like the product”,
