  3. Swarga Khanda with 62 chapters
  4. Brahma Khanda with 26 chapters
  5. Patala Khanda with 117 chapters
  6. Uttara Khanda with 255 chapters

Bhumi Khanda details Punya (merits) and Papa (sins) and describes the nature of Karma and its results. Many Vratas such as Asunasyana, Danas (charity) and Austerity are covered. It narrates the stories of Ikshvaku (ancestor of Bhagwan Rama), Sukala, Yayti, Puru, Chyavana Maharshi. Nahusha charitra and the sacrifice of Vena (Prithu’s father) are described towards the end.
